Booking
Scheduling of all classes and sessions will be done through our online booking system (Acuity).
Cancellations
You may cancel a class or session at least 24 hours before the scheduled class/session to receive credit toward a future class/session.
To cancel your class/session, click on the link provided in your email confirmation - “Change/Cancel Appointment” - and you will be redirected to a new page. Select “Cancel Appointment” and confirm. You will receive an email confirmation. Email Kim to request your credit. Credits are only issued when cancellations are made at least 24 hours before your session.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule a class or session up to 8 hours before the scheduled class/session or you will be charged.
To reschedule or cancel your session or class, click on the link provided in your email confirmation - “Change/Cancel Appointment” - and you will be redirected to a new page. Select “Reschedule Appointment” and confirm. You will receive an email confirmation.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds. Please see our Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy above for your options.
Inclement Weather
If a class or session must be cancelled due to inclement weather, notifications will be sent out via email and text message. You will receive a credit to be used towards a future class/sesssion.
Participant Health Information
When registering for a class or session, please list any and all health conditions or physical limitations that may impact your performance.

Prices are subject to change at any time and will be adjusted on our website and on our booking platform (Acuity).
