I’m passionate about family, faith, and living a balanced, healthy life. As founder of Power and Purpose LLC, I bring together fitness, wellness, and mindfulness to help women thrive.

With over 16 years of experience as a Group Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer, and Wellness Coach - certified by AFAA and NASM - I’ve dedicated my career to helping women of all ages achieve their fitness and wellness goals.

One of my greatest joys is seeing women of all ages come together to work out, support one another, and grow stronger—not just physically, but emotionally and mentally as well. My most popular clientele are women aged 35-72, and I’m proud to foster an environment where they can feel empowered and inspired.

I’ve had the privilege of working with clients of all ages, from young children to adults aged 74, tailoring every class and session to meet their unique needs. My approach prioritizes safe and functional movement to enhance strength, endurance, and day-to-day vitality.

My sessions are designed not only to build physical strength but also to nurture your mind-body connection, creating a holistic fitness experience that enhances overall well-being.

In addition to fitness training, I’m passionate about wellness coaching. I work closely with clients to evaluate their overall wellness, set achievable goals, and develop sustainable habits that promote long-term health and happiness. It’s incredibly rewarding to guide others in creating meaningful changes that impact their lives in and out of the gym.

Join us for group classes at Glass Door Fitness in Long Valley, NJ. All levels are welcome! Get Directions

  • Tuesdays & Thursdays ~ 7:45am & 3:30pm

    This class is for all fitness levels, beginner to advanced. We will perform functional exercises, tailored to your own fitness level, to build strength & endurance in your day to day movements. The pace will be focused, not fast, using dumbbells & resistance bands as we target all muscle groups—quads, hamstrings, calves, glutes, abs, chest, back, biceps, triceps, and shoulders. With good form, improved mind-to-muscle focus, & consistency, you’ll notice strength and endurance gains in just a few sessions!

  • Tuesdays & Thursdays ~ 9:15am & 5:00pm

    This class is for beginner to advanced fitness levels and will offer lots of variety! Everyone will rotate through functional fitness stations, consisting of a variety of cardio and strength movements. We will use a variety of equipment for our work ~ dumbbells, TRX, benches, resistance bands, medicine balls, stability balls, BOSU’s, and kettlebells. Our pace will be focused, not fast. Our focus on form, improved Mind-to-Muscle Connection, and consistency will provide gains in Overall Fitness!

  • GROUP FITNESS CLASSES (60 minutes)

    • 1 class/$25 OR 10 classes/$200

    PRIVATE 1:1 SESSIONS - PERSONAL TRAINING, WELLNESS COACHING, OR COMBO

    • 60 Minutes: 1/$70 OR 10/$600

    • 45 Minutes: 1/$60 OR 10/$500

    PARTNER SESSIONS - PERSONAL TRAINING, WELLNESS COACHING, OR COMBO

  • I recommend to most individuals that they start with two sessions a week. The type of sessions will vary based upon your needs and your current level of fitness.

  • Everyone benefits from different workouts, so my recommendation is that you schedule a Meet n Greet so that we can discuss what will work best for You!

  • When participating in any of my fitness classes or personal training sessions, I will always give modifications! I do my very best to make everyone feel comfortable and successful when they are in my classes and in my presence!

  • There are SO MANY ways to measure progress when it comes to making and taking time for You! Most individuals will feel different in their overall self, meaning their muscles, their mindset, their energy, their sleep, their emotional state and more… When making fitness and overall wellness a focus in your life, you will most likely begin to be more aware of yourself and your mind and body!
